These 1:1 sessions provide a gentle, guided space to explore what’s sitting on your mind to find clarity, ease and direction. Through conversation, reflection, and practical tools, we work together to support your overall wellbeing — Wellbeing Sessions can be booked on their own or alongside massage and myofascial release, offering flexible, holistic care tailored to your needs.

These sessions offer a pause from the world, a sanctuary for your inner landscape, and a safe place to explore what you are experiencing.

These Sessions May Be Especially Supportive If You:

  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, or energetically drained

  • Struggling with feelings of guilt when prioritising your self care
