Wellbeing Sessions are designed to support you in understanding yourself and your challenges on a deeper level. Using therapeutic coaching techniques and body-based awareness, we work through what you’re experiencing in a gentle, grounded way to navigate you back to your internal wisdom. You’ll begin to develop the skills and inner trust to become your own guide — bringing these tools into your everyday life, navigating challenges with greater ease, clarity, and self-assurance.

A Body-Aware Coaching Approach

Our sessions blend supportive coaching with body-based awareness, drawing on The Being Way method. The Being Way is a consciously curated coaching approach that uses therapeutic techniques and practical tools to help you work through what you’re experiencing with greater awareness, compassion, and clarity.

I have trained in The Being Way method, and this approach naturally complements a holistic view of wellbeing—one that recognises the connection between mind, body, emotions, and lived experience.

This integrated approach can help settle the system, deepen self-understanding, and support responses that feel more grounded and aligned. Rather than focusing on “doing more,” these sessions invite you to slow down, tune in, and meet yourself where you are.

A Gentle Note on Touch & Support Options

Wellbeing Sessions are a non-hands-on offering. These sessions can be especially supportive if you are sensitive to touch, feeling unsure about hands-on bodywork, or simply wanting a space to be with your experience in a more verbal and reflective way. They can also sit beautifully alongside bodywork sessions, allowing insights gained here to support deeper integration in the body.

You are always welcome to choose the pace, approach, and type of support that feels safest and most appropriate for you.
