Thank you for being here!. The connection between body and mind is a deep passion for me. My work is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when we listen to the body, honour our inner experiences, and give ourselves permission to slow down.
For many years, I worked in the corporate world—pushing through stress, ignoring the signals my body was sending, and feeling increasingly disconnected from myself. Like so many others, I thought that being “fine” was enough. But behind the surface, I was navigating personal challenges that ultimately led me to pause, reflect, and seek something more meaningful.
That turning point sparked a journey of healing, learning, and reconnection. I explored bodywork, mindfulness, and coaching—and along the way, I discovered not only powerful tools for my own wellbeing, but a deep calling to support others to do the same.
Today, I combine myofascial release therapy , holistic massage and elements of coaching woven into wellbeing support to support others in creating space—physically, emotionally, and mentally—for change, healing, and connection. My approach is intuitive, gentle, and collaborative.
Growing up in a sporty household, I developed a strong appreciation for the body’s capacity for performance, recovery, and healing. While I was involved in competitive sports growing up, my focus has since shifted toward the grounding and restorative practices of yoga, walking and swimming, which now play a central role in both my personal wellbeing and professional approach. I love being amongst nature and truly believe in its power to help us feel grounded, restore balance, and support our overall well-being.
I am extremely grateful to live in the beautiful seaside village of Mōkau with my husband and our furbabies.
With love
Pip
