My name is Pip, I am a holistic bodywork practitioner based in the beautiful seaside village of Mōkau.

My offerings include Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, and Wellbeing support, all designed to help ease muscle tension, release pain, and gently restore balance - physcially, mentally and energetically.

My approach is whole-person care—supporting not just the body, but the mind and emotions too. For a long time, many of us were taught that the only way to release tension in the body is through pressure, intensity, and pushing ourselves to the edge. We grew up hearing phrases like “no pain, no gain” — as if healing only counts when it hurts. Relief doesn’t always require force. When the body feels safe to do so, something powerful happens. It let’s go.
