Class Costs
I want yoga to be accessible to everyone, so classes are offered on a sliding payment scale of $5–$10 per class.
Pay what feels manageable for you within that range. If even $5 is out of reach at the moment, a koha of any amount is gratefully appreciated and helps keep these classes running.
There's no judgement and no pressure — the important thing is that you can come along and enjoy your practice.
Coming regularly?
You can also purchase a 10-class concession for $90 — that's 10 classes for the price of nine at the standard $10 rate.
Booking Your Class
You can book your individual class online, or purchase a 10-class concession if you'd like to come along regularly.
OR
Feel free to simply turn up on the day if you don’t wish to book online. Payment can be made via Eftpos, Internet banking and Cash.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
Moving with Care
These classes are based on a gentle Hatha style of yoga and are relaxed, inclusive and suitable for all levels.
We move at a slower pace, with plenty of opportunity to explore and deepen postures or add a little more physical challenge if that’s what your body is asking for. Ultimately, though, these classes are about slowing down to cultivate awareness and connection.
Yoga is a chance to connect with your body, not push it beyond its limits. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to what your body is telling you, and take a rest whenever you need one.
Everyone’s body is different, and there’s no “right” way to look in a yoga pose. I’ll offer variations throughout the class so you can find what feels comfortable and supportive for you.
If you have an injury, health condition, are recovering from an illness or have any concerns about whether yoga is right for you, please have a chat with your healthcare professional before joining us. You’re also welcome to have a quiet word with me before class so we can make the practice as comfortable and supportive as possible.
