Each session begins with a calming cup of herbal tea, allowing time to settle, breathe, and arrive fully. We can also do a card pull if you enjoy the vibe and frequency around oracle cards. They are a great way to sprinkle in a little extra self enquiry and guidance.

Sessions unfold intuitively, guided by your needs in the moment, and may include:

  • Microfascial Unwinding – Subtle holds that follow the body’s innate intelligence, creating connection and releasing what has been held deep in the connective tissue — often beyond words.

  • Wellbeing Support Conversation – A heart-centered dialogue held in warmth and presence. This is a space for you to be heard, to reflect, and to feel deeply supported, just as you are.
